Bro-ga: Yoga for Men

Designed specifically for men to build strength, flexibility, and focus. Every week, we’ll explore yoga techniques tailored to male physiology and fitness goals, with a focus on improving mobility, reducing stress, and enhancing overall wellness.

What to Expect:

  • Strength and Stability: Learn poses that develop core strength and balance, supporting joint stability and reducing the risk of injury in daily activities or other workouts.
  • Mobility and Flexibility: Focus on stretches that increase flexibility in the hips, shoulders, and hamstrings—common areas of tension for men.
  • Stress Relief and Mental Clarity: Discover mindfulness and breathing techniques that calm the mind, improve focus, and support relaxation.

No prior yoga experience is needed—come as you are, and be ready to challenge yourself in a supportive, non-judgmental environment. By the end of this series, you'll have a toolkit of yoga practices to build strength, increase flexibility, and improve mental well-being.

Facilitated and led by Cody Schmidt, Experienced 500 hour Certified Yoga Teacher, Certified Strength and Mobility Coach and Ayurvedic Counselor.

WHEN: Mondays 6-7pm, August 18 - September 22 *No class on Labor Day

COST: $80 for 5 classes OR $20 to drop for one class
