
Designed specifically for men to build strength, flexibility, and focus. Every week, we’ll explore yoga techniques tailored to male physiology and fitness goals, with a focus on improving mobility, reducing stress, and enhancing overall wellness.
What to Expect:
No prior yoga experience is needed—come as you are, and be ready to challenge yourself in a supportive, non-judgmental environment. By the end of this series, you'll have a toolkit of yoga practices to build strength, increase flexibility, and improve mental well-being.
Facilitated and led by Cody Schmidt, Experienced 500 hour Certified Yoga Teacher, Certified Strength and Mobility Coach and Ayurvedic Counselor.
