This special session is crafted to provide a soothing reset for both body and mind, aligning with the tranquil energy of fall. Through the harmonious practices of Yin Yoga, Acupuncture, and Reiki, we'll gently release tension, restore inner balance, and rejuvenate your spirit. Join us to rediscover peace and vitality, embracing the season with clarity and ease.
What to Expect:
We’ll begin with a 50-minute Yin Yoga practice led by Tiffany Greene, Creation Yoga Founder, Yoga Instructor, and Reiki Master. Expect slow, cooling postures that invite stillness and support the natural detoxification processes of the body, especially targeting areas where heat and stress accumulate.
Following the Yin session, you’ll transition into a restorative savasana, where acupuncture will be applied by Tammy Brady, L.Ac.—licensed acupuncturist, yoga instructor, and registered nurse of The Yin Within. These carefully selected points help balance energy, calm the nervous system, and enhance the body's healing response. Each point is like a doorway, and the needle serves as a key to release stagnant qi, reduce internal heat, and promote flow and ease.
While resting in savasana during the acupuncture treatment, each participant will also receive a brief Reiki energy healing session, offering another layer of soothing support. Reiki works on the energetic and emotional levels to deepen relaxation and create a sense of harmony.
Through these powerful healing modalities, you’ll leave this two hour event feeling lighter, refreshed, and rebalanced—ready to embrace summer’s energy from a place of inner calm and clarity.

This class is designed to help you find deep relaxation and restoration through a gentle and introspective practice. Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga that targets the deep connective tissues of the body, such as ligaments, joints, and fascia, to enhance flexibility and promote overall well-being.
By exploring a sequence of long-held, passive yoga poses, typically held for 3 to 5 minutes the muscles relax as the deeper tissues are nourished. You will be encouraged to find a comfortable edge in each pose, where you feel a gentle stretch without any pain or discomfort.
During the class, we will incorporate elements of mindfulness and breath awareness to cultivate a meditative state. Yin Yoga is not about striving for perfection in the poses or pushing your limits. Instead, it is about surrendering, letting go, and finding stillness within each posture. It's an opportunity to slow down, listen to your body, and connect with your inner self.
Come join us for a healing and rejuvenating Yin Yoga experience. Prepare to leave the class feeling balanced, centered, lighter, clearer and completely relaxed.
