Ayurveda Practices for Home is an accessible, introductory series designed for anyone who feels ready to reconnect with themselves in a more grounded and meaningful way. Whether you already practice yoga or you’re simply curious about cultivating balance in your daily life, this series offers a clear, approachable way to experience Ayurveda without overwhelm.
Through a blend of short 1:1 sessions and six in-person group gatherings, you’ll explore how the qualities of nature shape your body, mind, and daily experiences; and how simple, intentional shifts can help you feel more steady, energized, and at home within yourself.
Ayurveda teaches that “home” is not just the place you return to at the end of the day. It’s the body, mind, and inner landscape you move through the world with. When we learn how to tend to that home with care, rhythm, and understanding, health becomes something we can return to again and again.
Your experience begins with a 30-minute personal online assessment, where we explore your constitution and prepare for the in-person sessions ahead.
Then, over six weekly gatherings, we move through essential Ayurvedic concepts in a grounded, digestible way. Each session offers a mix of lecture, reflection, discussion, and practical tools. Worksheets and guides are woven into the journey to help you apply what you're learning in real time.
1. What is Home?
Discover how Ayurveda views your body and mind as your true home. Learn about prakriti and the foundations of the doshas.
2. Balance as a Guide
Explore how understanding qualities (warm, cool, light, heavy) helps you bring your system back into balance in everyday moments.
3. Kindling New Patterns
Learn how digestion shapes vitality and how small, intentional dietary shifts can spark sustainable change.
4. Movements of Quality
Understand how the qualities of the mind and senses guide you toward rhythm, clarity, and steadiness.
5. Pass Through Time
Practice simple meditations and centering techniques that help you be with life as it unfolds rather than getting swept up in it.
6. Beyond Healing
Reclaim health as a natural right, not something to chase. Learn how Ayurveda helps us live fully day by day, with more presence and less pressure.
Your series closes with a follow-up personal integration session, a 30-minute online conversation to help you clarify your next steps and personalize a few recommendations based on your journey.
Ayurveda isn’t about perfection. It’s about noticing, tending, and making thoughtful choices that support your natural rhythm over time. This series offers a grounded entry point; something you can grow with, return to, and build upon long after the final session.
By the end of the series, you’ll have a grounded understanding of Ayurveda and a personalized plan for creating a more balanced and intentional lifestyle — one that supports your health, nurtures your spirit, and strengthens your connection to self.

A personalized approach that empowers participants to listen to and trust their bodies while practicing within their own limits. Sessions include:

For when the nervous system is stressed, or the mind is stuck in loops that words can’t reach, Reiki provides reset without requiring effort. Using light touch or hovering hands, this energetic work supports your body's natural healing pathways.
Clients often describe the experience as a deep exhale, a quiet mind, or a return to self. Reiki works below the level of story, softening what's ready to shift, and strengthening what's ready to grow. It’s not about fixing anything. It’s about remembering your wholeness.

When stress has hardened into patterns (tension in the jaw, clenching in the belly, a feeling of never being fully at rest) Somatic Healing offers a gentle undoing. In this 1:1 space, you slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with your body’s natural wisdom.
Through a trauma-informed lens, you’ll be guided in practices that help you listen to, trust, and honor yourself, awakening your own inner healer without overwhelm. Together, we may explore traditional yoga postures, gentle somatic movements, breathwork, energy practices, and other mindfulness tools designed to restore balance and ease from the inside out.
Each session is tailored to your unique physical, mental, and emotional needs—whether your focus is easing tension, calming the mind, or restoring balance. You leave with more space to choose your responses, and practices that help you stay regulated, even when life gets loud.
This is not about pushing or performing—it’s about meeting yourself where you are and taking one meaningful step toward feeling more grounded, calm, and whole.
Somatic Healing Sessions are particularly beneficial for:
• Anyone seeking a gentler, more intuitive approach to embodiment
• Trauma survivors
• People recovering from injury or chronic pain
