Flow into Gratitude Event

A SPECIAL THANKSGIVING YOGA CLASS....

Join us for a rejuvenating yoga experience designed to open your heart and center your mind. Through mindful movement, soothing breathwork, and serene meditation, you’ll cultivate a deep sense of gratitude for the blessings—big and small—that surround you.

We’ll begin with gentle, grounding postures to promote flexibility, balance, and strength. Then, we’ll explore the power of conscious breathing with pranayama practices to calm the nervous system and uplift the spirit. The class will close with a guided meditation to help you release tension, find stillness, and connect with inner peace.

This all-levels class is an invitation to slow down, be present, and flow into a state of gratitude and renewal.

Yoga for a Healthy Spine Workshop

Transform the way your back feels — from tension and ache to strength and ease.

In this hands-on workshop, you’ll discover how simple, intentional movements can re-train the body’s patterns that contribute to back pain and stiffness. Rather than quick fixes, you’ll learn how to shift the underlying habits that create tension and pain, exploring yoga-based practices that strengthen and restore balance to your spine and core.

Through guided movement, mindful alignment, and supportive instruction, you’ll build greater awareness, mobility, and stability to support a spine that feels freer, stronger, and more aligned in everyday life.

You leave feeling open, steady, and empowered, with practical tools to maintain ease in your body and confidence in how you move, stand, and support yourself every day.

A complete weekly reset that weaves movement, breath, and meditation. About 25 minutes of gentle yoga to ease stiffness and release stress, 20 minutes of targeted breath practices to quiet the mind and reconnect you with the body, and 15 minutes of guided meditation to rest in calm awareness. If getting up and down from the floor is a barrier, Chair expands what is possible. Seated and supported standing work build balance, posture, and mobility at a safe pace. This 45-minute session is perfect for seniors or anyone who finds it difficult to get up and down from the floor. You leave with visible wins and more confidence for stairs, errands, and travel. Private Yoga Sessions

This is yoga designed just for you: not to perform or perfect, but to feel. With gentle somatic movement and intentional breath, we meet your body where it is today and begin to rebuild the trust that might have been lost along the way.

You’ll learn to recognize your own cues, move in ways that support you, and create simple rituals that bring ease into your daily rhythm. These sessions are a chance to strengthen from the inside out, and to anchor yourself in practices you can return to anytime life feels overwhelming.

A personalized approach that empowers participants to listen to and trust their bodies while practicing within their own limits. Sessions include:

Somatic Healing Sessions

When stress has hardened into patterns (tension in the jaw, clenching in the belly, a feeling of never being fully at rest) Somatic Healing offers a gentle undoing. In this 1:1 space, you slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with your body’s natural wisdom.

Through a trauma-informed lens, you’ll be guided in practices that help you listen to, trust, and honor yourself, awakening your own inner healer without overwhelm. Together, we may explore traditional yoga postures, gentle somatic movements, breathwork, energy practices, and other mindfulness tools designed to restore balance and ease from the inside out.

Each session is tailored to your unique physical, mental, and emotional needs—whether your focus is easing tension, calming the mind, or restoring balance. You leave with more space to choose your responses, and practices that help you stay regulated, even when life gets loud.
