Spring Reset: A Yin Yoga Cleanse

Welcome the transition into spring with a two-part Yin Yoga experience designed as an energetic cleanse for body and mind. Through long-held asanas, intentional pranayama, and guided meditation, we’ll support the liver, spleen, and kidney meridians—encouraging detoxification, renewal, and deep nourishment.

Each 90-minute session offers space to release stagnation, restore balance, and reconnect with your natural vitality. This is your invitation to clear what feels heavy, awaken fresh energy, and step into the season feeling lighter, clearer, and more aligned.
