Chair Yoga

If getting up and down from the floor is a barrier, Chair expands what is possible. Seated and supported standing work build balance, posture, and mobility at a safe pace. This 45-minute session is perfect for seniors or anyone who finds it difficult to get up and down from the floor. You leave with visible wins and more confidence for stairs, errands, and travel.
