Private Yoga Sessions

This is yoga designed just for you: not to perform or perfect, but to feel. With gentle somatic movement and intentional breath, we meet your body where it is today and begin to rebuild the trust that might have been lost along the way.

You’ll learn to recognize your own cues, move in ways that support you, and create simple rituals that bring ease into your daily rhythm. These sessions are a chance to strengthen from the inside out, and to anchor yourself in practices you can return to anytime life feels overwhelming.

A personalized approach that empowers participants to listen to and trust their bodies while practicing within their own limits. Sessions include:

  • mindful movement to address musculoskeletal imbalances, weakness and tension
  • breathwork to assist in releasing blockages within the body as well as to support nervous system regulation
  • other yogic practices to support your changing needs as you move into greater embodied living
