Join us for a rejuvenating yoga experience designed to open your heart and center your mind. Through mindful movement, soothing breathwork, and serene meditation, you’ll cultivate a deep sense of gratitude for the blessings—big and small—that surround you.
We’ll begin with gentle, grounding postures to promote flexibility, balance, and strength. Then, we’ll explore the power of conscious breathing with pranayama practices to calm the nervous system and uplift the spirit. The class will close with a guided meditation to help you release tension, find stillness, and connect with inner peace.
This all-levels class is an invitation to slow down, be present, and flow into a state of gratitude and renewal.
