Yoga for a Healthy Spine Workshop

In this hands-on workshop, you’ll discover how simple, intentional movements can re-train the body’s patterns that contribute to back pain and stiffness. Rather than quick fixes, you’ll learn how to shift the underlying habits that create tension and pain, exploring yoga-based practices that strengthen and restore balance to your spine and core.

Through guided movement, mindful alignment, and supportive instruction, you’ll build greater awareness, mobility, and stability to support a spine that feels freer, stronger, and more aligned in everyday life.

You leave feeling open, steady, and empowered, with practical tools to maintain ease in your body and confidence in how you move, stand, and support yourself every day.

Led by Cody Schmidt, Experienced 500-Hour Certified Yoga Teacher, Ayurvedic Health Counselor, and Strength & Mobility Coach.

All levels are welcome. This 4-hour workshop blends education, exploration and movement guided practices. *Minimum of 4 people required in order for the workshop to be held.
