Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra, also known as “yogic sleep,” is a powerful meditative practice that guides you into a state of conscious relaxation where your body, mind, and spirit can deeply rest and restore.

In this 60-minute session, you'll be gently led through calming visualizations, body scans, and guided awareness techniques that quiet the mind, release physical and emotional tension, and support healing from within. Lying down in a comfortable supported position, you'll be invited to turn your attention inward, moving through the layers of awareness to access your inner stillness and innate wisdom.
