Individualized yoga empowers participants to listen to and trust themselves by tapping into their own inner healer. Sessions can focus on physical needs to address musculoskeletal imbalances, weakness and tension in the body and can include somatic movements, mindfulness exercises and other energetic practices to support balance within.
