A personalized approach that empowers participants to listen to and trust their bodies while practicing within their own limits.

Three sessions can include mindful movement to address musculoskeletal imbalances, weakness and tension, mindfulness practice and breathing exercises. Tailored to each persons individual needs, sessions can focus on physical and/or mental/emotional goals.

Individualized sessions can be a powerful tool to release blockages within the body and mind as well as to support nervous system regulation and help one find a greater a sense of balance in life.
