A personalized approach that empowers participants to listen to and trust their bodies while practicing within their own limits.

Six (6) sessions can include mindful movement to address musculoskeletal imbalances, weakness and tension, mindfulness practice and breathing exercises.

Tailored to each persons individual needs, sessions can focus on physical and/or mental/emotional goals. By nurturing a consistent yoga practice, we can release trapped energy that can manifest as physical or emotional stress. Thus, we tap into our bodies innate ability to heal itself.
