The Yoga for Runners classes are built specifically to help build stamina, resilience, strength, balance, and mobility. Yoga incorporates breath control which can aid to relaxed and focused running.
This is a 6 Class Series that will help you to tune in and understand your range of motion and how to best utilize it to improve your running performance and recovery. Each session is 60 minutes long.
