An indepth series that is structured as 24, one hour classes.
Many classes are broken into sections that can be taken at your pace, but it is best to take each class in full if possible.
The series is created to help you understand how to engage different muscle groups, how to find alignment and engagement through different groups of postures while building strength and flexibility along the way. The end goal is to help you feel comfortable moving through yoga flows with an awareness of your posture and breath.
