Tiffany Greene


Founder of Creation Yoga ~ 500 hr Certified Yoga Teacher, Somatic Healing Practitioner, Reiki Master, Certified in Yoga Nidra, Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga

Tiffany first turned to yoga as a way to manage anxiety and relieve low back pain. What began as a search for physical relief soon evolved into a journey of embodied awareness and transformation. Through years of dedicated practice, she discovered how yoga and somatic healing can strengthen the body, regulate the nervous system, and restore balance from within.

A dedicated world traveler, Tiffany has made several journeys to India, immersing herself in yogic traditions and studying with revered spiritual teachers. These rich experiences continue to inform both her teaching and her personal sadhana.

Tiffany offers small group yoga classes, private somatic healing sessions, and Reiki energy work, all designed to help individuals reconnect with themselves, cultivate inner calm, and build resilience in a supportive, judgment-free environment. Private sessions may include somatic movement, energy balancing, breathwork, and mindfulness practices tailored to each client’s unique needs.

In addition to her yoga and somatic healing credentials, Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Secondary Education. A lifelong learner and compassionate guide, she is devoted to helping others experience the healing potential of body, mind, and spirit — and to live with greater ease, presence, and authenticity.

Cody Schmidt


500 hr Certified Yoga Teacher, Ayurvedic Health Counselor, Yoga Nidra Instructor, Strength & Mobility Coach

Cody has been practicing yoga for quite a few years and Sampoorna Yoga since September of 2020 when he received his 200hr Yoga Teacher Training Certification from Shri Yogi Hari. Since then, he has dedicated his time to refining his practice through studying the philosophy of yoga and completing his 300hr Advanced Yoga Teacher Training in July 2021.

He started his Ayurvedic Health Counselor Program with Kerala Academy in April 2021. This holistic medicine practice brings balance to the physical systems and peace to the mind through evaluating the core nature of the individual. Cody actively lives what he shares with others. He continues to deepen his passion by helping others enjoy a healthy body and mind that results when yoga and Ayurveda are practiced regularly.

Tammy Brady


200 hr Certified Yoga Teacher, Licensed Acupuncturist, Registered Nurse

Tammy discovered the benefits of yoga for stress relief when she was called to her yoga mat 18 years ago and has since embarked on a lifelong journey of healing and learning. She completed a 200hr RYT and has undergone various yoga training intensives. Tammy has also taught numerous classes, meditates regularly, and even went on a yoga trip to India. 

Tammy is very much an ‘East meets West’ kind of gal.  She graduated from Reading Hospital School of Health Sciences and Chamberlain University with a Bachelor’s degree in nursing. She most recently received her Doctor of Acupuncture degree from the Won Institute of Graduate Studies.

She leads classes that hold steady to the deep roots of yogic wisdom, which allow individuals to break through old repeated patterns and promote personal change and positive transformation through their practice.  She also shares knowledge about the health benefits of yoga postures and integrates techniques from Chinese medicine and other modalities to provide a well-rounded class experience.

With her extensive education, including a Doctor of Acupuncture Degree and a Bachelor of Science Nursing Degree, Tammy possesses a comprehensive understanding of both Eastern and Western Medicine.

Lily Cortellessa


Lily started casually practicing yoga in college as a way to be active. After many years of being on and off the mat, she finally made her way back in 2023 to help with anxiety and to be more active upon starting to work from home. Since rededicating herself to her practice, she has found a passion for living yoga which has opened the door to new opportunities. 

In the beginning of 2024, Lily had plans to become a yoga teacher under a 200hr YTT. The winds blew her in a similar but different direction when she discovered a Kundalini Dance course. She graduated in June 2024 and has been practicing and teaching Rhythmic Flow ever since.

What you will find in Lily’s classes are creative opportunities to be authentically yourself. She creates a safe space to move, dance, sing, laugh and have fun. Along with fun and freedom, you will also find serenity and relaxation. Lily believes the power lies within the dancer, as it’s up to each person to choose what speed and movement is comfortable for them.

Stephanie Owsiany


Stephanie began practicing yoga over 15 years ago. As her physical practice began out of curiosity, her desire for the more emotional and spiritual benefits of yoga took hold. She discovered yoga to be a perfect compliment and facilitator in her journey of recovery, healing and self-discovery. Upon completing her 200 hr yoga teaching certification with Kula Kamala Foundation in 2022, Stephanie has taught Hatha Flow, Gentle, Beginner and Intermediate classes and works with private clients. Her instruction is easeful and mindful, encouraging her students to slow down, be present and look within.

Over the years Stephanie's personal commitment to yoga, meditation and breathwork has grown, as has her desire to share this path with others. Stephanie firmly believes in divine timing, as she has been shown her path in life only when she has been ready and open. She journeyed to India after completing her training and there, found a deeper connection with her divine calling and purpose in life. She is inspired to share the transformative benefits that studying and practicing yoga can offer to anyone. 

Stephanie holds a BA from Bucknell University in English and Philosophy. She enjoys running, hiking, being in nature and spending time with her 2 children and their many cats, chickens and ducks on their farm. 

April Showman


500 hr Certified Yoga Teacher, Yoga Therapist, Thai Yoga Therapist, Reiki Healer

April Showman is a certified Yoga therapist who specializes in Somatic Yoga, Vinyasa Flow and restorative styles of Yoga.

April combines over 20 years of teaching/practicing experience in various styles of yoga and offers classes with movements that build stability, strength, mobility, and somatic awareness. Emphasis is placed on safe alignment while enhancing one’s awareness of the physical and emotional states.

She is also certified in Thai Yoga therapy and Holistic Nutrition, is a singer/songwriter, gardener, and world traveler.
