Private Yoga Sessions

MOVE. BREATHE. UNITE.

Sessions include mindful movement to address musculoskeletal imbalances, weakness and tension. Tailored to each persons individual needs, sessions can focus on physical goals while cultivating greater focus, relaxation and ease.


Breathwork assists in releasing blockages within the body as well as to support nervous system regulation. This incredibly important part of yoga practice helps you learn to use your breath as a tool in everyday life.


Tap into the body's innate ability to heal itself to:

  • Develop better flexibility, balance or strength

  • Improve mobility and joint function

  • Eliminate, reduce or manage symptoms that cause pain

  • Become confident in your ability to move and relax your body

  • Learn and practice healthier breathing patterns

In person or Online Sessions


Both Tiffany and Cody offer Private Sessions.

Tiffany works from a therapeutic/somatic lens incorporating various yogic tools (asana, pranayama, meditation, and more) to address mental, emotional and physical imbalance.

Cody’s sessions focus on Hatha Yoga: strengthening, flexibility, mobility and mindfulness in the practice.

Sessions are offered in person at New Beginnings Massage Wellness Center in Wyomissing, PA OR via Zoom.


60 minute sessions:

1 session: $85

3 sessions: $225

6 sessions: $450
