Somatic Slow Flow for Women
This is an event series

Somatic Slow Flow offers a space to soften, release, and come home to your body.

This 6-week series blends gentle, intuitive movement with somatic practices like pandiculation, shaking, swaying, pelvic floor work and deep stretching to help discharge built-up tension and restore natural energy flow. Guided by breath and body awareness, each class supports your nervous system in unwinding patterns of stress and holding.

You’ll leave feeling lighter, more regulated, and deeply connected—physically, emotionally, and energetically. This is a practice of listening, releasing, and allowing your body to move the way it was designed to. (Breathe + Truth + Movement)

Attend if you are:

  1. Feeling constantly tense, restless, or “on edge”
    Somatic movement and practices like pandiculation and gentle shaking help release stored stress from the body—supporting your nervous system to settle and return to a more relaxed, regulated state.

  2. Holding onto emotional buildup or unexplained heaviness
    This practice creates a safe, embodied way to move and discharge pent-up energy, helping you process and release what talking or thinking alone can’t shift.

  3. Disconnected from your body or have difficulty slowing down
    With guided, intuitive movement and breath, you’ll rebuild trust and awareness in your body—making it easier to listen, respond to your needs, and feel more grounded in daily life.
