Yin Yoga for Harmony with Tiffany: Thursdays - Spring Session 1
This is an event series

When your body feels tight or your energy feels scattered, Yin Yoga for Harmony invites you to return to a steady, balanced state.

Each class begins with simple, flowing standing movements inspired by Qi Gong—gently awakening the body, circulating energy, and guiding you inward. From there, you’ll settle into still, supported floor poses where time slows down and deeper layers begin to soften.

This slow, introspective practice creates space for release in both fascia and mind while supporting the natural flow of energy throughout the body. You’ll tune into your inner landscape, soften resistance, and cultivate a quiet, steady presence.

You leave with a long exhale, an open body, and a renewed sense of ease and harmony within.
