In this immersive 2.5–3-hour workshop, you’ll be introduced to a simple, yet powerful framework designed to help you navigate perimenopause and menopause with greater ease, clarity, and self-trust.
Together, we’ll explore how to live in rhythm with your body through four key pillars:
Rhythmic Awareness – reconnecting with natural cycles to better understand your energy and inner landscape
Relational Balance – tending to your relationship with yourself and others with greater clarity, boundaries, and compassion
Embodied Practice – using gentle yoga and somatic movement to release tension, restore flow, and reconnect inward
Nervous System Pacing – learning how to regulate, reset, and work with your body instead of pushing against it

You’ll be guided through meaningful teaching, reflective moments, and a nourishing embodied practice designed to support your nervous system and help you feel more grounded, resourced, and connected to yourself.
