Move, Breathe, Be with Tiffany: Wednesdays - Fall Session 2
This is an event series

This 60-minute practice weaves together movement, breath, and meditation for a complete reset. You’ll start with 25 minutes of gentle yoga to ease stiffness and let go of stress, followed by 20 minutes of breathing techniques that help quiet the mind and reconnect you with the body. Class closes with 15 minutes of guided meditation, inviting you to rest in calm awareness.

Supporting you in releasing tension, restoring balance, and experiencing the essence of yoga as a practice of presence. Walk away each week more deeply attuned to an inner state of peace that is always within reach.
