When life feels rushed or overwhelming, this practice invites you to slow down and reconnect—on purpose.
Blending the steady, mindful movement of Hatha with the deep, supported stillness of Yin, this class creates space for both strength and release. You’ll move with intention, pausing long enough to feel, notice, and choose your response… then gradually settle into longer-held poses that invite the body to soften and the mind to quiet.
This is a practice of balance—effort and ease, action and surrender, doing and being. You leave this 60-minute class feeling grounded, open, and deeply restored. (Movement + Truth + Breathe)
*This is a 4-week session. Each class is 60 MINUTES
