Hatha Yoga with Tiffany: Tuesdays - Winter Session 1
This is an event series

Join us for our signature 60-minute yoga class which is designed to provide an experience that integrates the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of yoga practice.

  • Strengthen your Body with Low-Impact Movement: Target all major muscle groups with static holds and dynamic movement.
  • Gain Flexibility and Mobility: Functional flexibility brings ease to all the movements of the body when bending, reaching or kneeling doing everyday activities.
  • Detoxify the Body and Mind: Yogic breathing combined with postures naturally aids the body's detoxification process and with it, the mind relaxes.
  • Relieve Stress: Yoga helps to nourish and regulate the nervous system supporting better sleep and creating a sense of inner calm

What to Expect: Through a series of asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), and mindfulness techniques such as mudras and meditation, you will embark on a journey of self-discovery, balance, and self-care.

Whether you seek physical fitness, stress relief, spiritual growth, or a combination of these benefits, this All-Levels Hatha yoga class blends ancient yogic wisdom with modern approaches to promote physical strength, flexibility, and mental tranquility.

This class runs in 6 week sessions, no drop-ins. You must sign up for all 6 weeks. *Minimum of 4 people required in order to host the session.
