A complete weekly reset that weaves movement, breath, and meditation. About 25 minutes of gentle yoga to ease stiffness and release stress, 20 minutes of targeted breath practices to quiet the mind and reconnect you with the body, and 15 minutes of guided meditation to rest in calm awareness. You leave each week more attuned to a peace that is always within reach. (Breathe + Movement + Truth)
