Allowing stress and tension to melt away: find solace, reduce stress, and enhance your mobility through a harmonious blend of breathing exercises, mindfulness, and gentle yoga postures. By harmonizing breath with movement, you'll experience a profound sense of tranquility, release tension, enhance mobility, and center your energy.

Join us for this blissful journey of self-discovery, stress reduction, and renewal, allowing the healing power of yoga to unfold within you. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner seeking a softer, introspective yoga experience, this class provides a space to nourish your mind, body, and spirit.

This class runs in 6 week sessions, no drop-ins. You must sign up for all 6 weeks. *Minimum of 4 people required in order to host the session.
