
Vin to Yin Yoga is a powerful pairing of practices that combines the mindful moving energy of Vinyasa with the restorative and meditative energy of Yin. This practice helps to increase the range of motion and stimulate healthy energy flow throughout the body and mind. Feel stress release from the body as you rejuvenate and balance the nervous system through active and passive sequencing.
This relaxing, yet energizing class stimulates a natural balance within that allows you leave class feeling peaceful and happy. All-levels of experience are welcome.
*This class runs in 6 week sessions. You must sign up for all 6 weeks. *Minimum of 4 people required in order to host the session.
